Welcome to the Stoneham Housing Authority

The Stoneham Housing Authority (SHA) was established on October 18, 1948, by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Stoneham to provide affordable housing opportunity for the residents of Stoneham. The SHA owns and manages 285 units of State-aided Family & Elderly/Disabled Conventional Housing. These programs operate under the rules and regulations of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC). The Stoneham Housing Authority is dedicated to providing safe, decent and sanitary housing options for low and moderate income individuals and families in the town of Stoneham.
