Stoneham Housing Authority: State-aided Family Housing
Our Family Housing List is currently open; however due to the size of our lists, the wait time for a unit is well over 5 years.
The SHA owns and manages 76 units of Family Housing. These units are located at:
Calthea Street & Washington Street
- 48 Townhouse Units
- 28 – 2 BEDROOM Units
- 20 – 3 BEDROOM Units
Washington Avenue & Prospect Street
- 12 Duplex Townhouses
- 14 – 2 BEDROOM Units
- 10 – 3 BEDROOM Units
Washington Street & Avenue Veterans Houses
- 2 Duplex Homes
- 2 – 2 BEDROOM Units
- 2 – 3 BEDROOM UNITS
In order to be considered for family housing, you must have a net income in the following range:
- 2 person = $80,850
- 3 person = $90,950
- 4 person = $101,050
- 5 person = $109,150
- 6 person = $117,250
The gross income of all family members may not exceed the State income limits.
